A proud native of New Orleans, Zarie Riley began her career in higher education at Tulane University as a residence life director. With a professional mission to increase educational access while developing the whole student, Riley has served students at Tulane, St. Edward’s University, Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health, Case Western Reserve University, Emory School of Medicine, and most recently Candler School of Theology. She brings a wealth of student development and program management experience from a variety of student support roles that she credits for preparing her for the next chapter of her career. As a life coach and leader in her local church and community, Riley has a passion for helping individuals establish, develop, and maintain a transformative vision for their lives. Riley holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Mercer University and a Master of Liberal Arts in literature and Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Tulane University.
