On Tuesday, February 23, 2016, a panel of international experts discussed "Countering Daesh (ISIS) Propaganda: Toward More Effective Strategies." The panel discussion looked at the rise of Daesh, its global impact, and its use of social media for recruitment and propaganda dissemination.
